Privacy agreement with the visitor of WWW.EXLADE.COM
This agreement is developed by EXLADE, Inc. to show the visitors of the site its views concerning private information and the company's responsibilities to visitors.
Visitors can view most pages on the site without giving any information about themselves. However, we may need some private information about you to provide some services. We inform our visitors if we need to get some information that allows us to identify their personality (private data) and their contact information. Usually, this information is required when you purchase and register products from EXLADE, Inc.
Various forms (registration, newsletter subscription, recommendations to friends, contacts) that may require you to enter some information (such as your name, e-mail address, postal address, phone number) are used on the site. The company uses the information received via these forms only to contact the buyer if necessary gives it to third parties under no conditions and does not use it for any other purposes. When you order products from us, the buyer's name, e-mail address, credit card number and its expiration date are encoded with SSL (Secure Socket Layers) and sent to the company processing credit cards (registration service). The software distributed on our site does not collect any personal information and does not send any information to our servers. We strongly recommend that you download our products directly from our site.
If a customer decides to use our "Tell a friend" recommendation service, we ask him to provide his name and his friend's e-mail address. Then we automatically send the friend one message with an invitation to visit our site. The friend's e-mail address is used only to send this message.
We use IP addresses to analyze our visitors' paths on the site. IP addresses are not related to any personally identifiable information. Logs are deleted hourly.
