Guidelines for placing PO
- Please click "Buy Now", fill out the online order form, select "Wire Transfer" or "Purchase Order" from "Method of Payment" and click "Next". The resulting page will include the fax number, your reference number and it will function as your Pro-forma invoice. Please fax that page along with your PO form which must contain your PO number and the indicated vendor/supplier name on the document MUST BE Plimus and not Exlade.
- The smallest Purchase Order amount we can accept is $100
- There is a minimum $8.00 handling charge for processing a purchase order.

Disk Password Protection Commercial license

If you have a commercial license, you can use the program on three computers, use the functional library of Disk Password Protection (diskpp_kernel.dll) in other software and distribute the functional library in one package with other software. One commercial license allows you to use the library in one product only. If you need to use the library in several applications, you should purchase the corresponding number of commercial licenses. The owners of commercial licenses are supplied with additional technical support concerning the use of the functional library and the SDK. When the Disk Password Protection library is distributed together with business products, EXLADE, Inc. gets its royalties from each copy. Their size is agreed individually.

The easiest and fastest way to order is online using credit cards. The ordering pages are on a secure web site that encrypts all transmitted credit card data according to the secure HTTP protocol. As soon as we are notified that your order has been processed, we will provide you with the serial number which will register your copy of the program.
Note: all payments are processed by the well-known and trustworthy Plimus or Regnow services. This means we will never have access to your credit card information! You may order online via the Internet, or via telephone, either in Europe or the U.S., by fax, post, or e-mail. If paying by credit card, you can submit your card number using a secure http-server, by fax, or by phone.
Delivery
On-line delivery allows you to download the purchased program. We also offer the program on CDROM. In this case, you can download the program and start using it before the CDROM is delivered. Generally, this will take 5-7 days depending on location. International locations may take longer due to Customs delays.
Registration Notes
If you`ve made a payment, but have not received a confirmation letter with your registration code within a reasonable period of time (one business day for credit or debit card payments and two weeks for other payments), please notify us about that (using our contact form) and we`ll send it again.
