When the Disk Password Protection library is distributed together with business products, EXLADE, Inc. gets its royalties from each copy. Their size is agreed individually.

Delivery
On-line delivery allows you to download the purchased program. We also offer the program on CDROM. In this case, you can download the program and start using it before the CDROM is delivered. Generally, this will take 5-7 days depending on location. International locations may take longer due to Customs delays.

If you`ve made a payment, but have not received a confirmation letter with your registration code within a reasonable period of time (one business day for credit or debit card payments and two weeks for other payments), please notify us about that (using our contact form) and we`ll send it again.
